The vibro insulation spring is made for machines with relatively low own weight. Its base consists of galvanized metal plate, which is covered with elastic polymer rubber around the openings and the base which has contact with the ground. The elastic cover helps for more effective vibro insulation for high frequency vibrations, which can be transmitted through out the metal parts.

The openings in the base are provided for bolts M8 with which the machine to be strengthened over the base and in the upper part is provided bolt M8 for installation of the machine to the spring mount.

Decibel AM is offered in weight spectrum of models depending on the static and dynamic load which is caused to the machine.

The deformation during maximum load is 25 mm and the own frequency during maximum load is 3 Hz. 

 

The vibro insulating spring pad Decibel AM is suitable for low frequency control of vibrations in machines (around 400 RPM) such as:

 - Air compressors
 - Engines with two cycles
 - Water collectors
 - Air handing units etc.

Depending on the weight of the machines, it is recommended to use some of the following AM models:

AM (25) for machines with an individual weight between 8 to 25 kg; AM (50) for machines with weight between 20 kg and 50 kg; AM (100) for machines with an individual weight between 40 to 100 kg; AM (150) for machines with an individual weight between 80 to 150 kg.
