Vibromat line is an ideal solution against noise pollution caused by vibrations and re-irradiated noise of machines, presses and/or air conditioning units, in the industry and construction fields.

Vibromat pads are made with SBR and EPDM rubber assembled with polyurethane glues. All panels have a non-woven, no-stretch synthetic waterproof red backing, that ensures the mechanical protection and water resistance in case of liquid concrete application directly on the product.

Vibromat, produces high-performance levels for light and heavy machinery, on supports or on insulation element inside structures and foundations for buildings.

Decibel offers two sizes of Vibro insulation pad Vibromat - 1000 x 1000 mm with thickness of 10 and 20 mm.

 

 

Vibro insulation pad Vibromat is suitable for:

- Vibration insulation of building foundations

- Structural insulation of buildings as bearings of beams, plinths, columns and load-bearing walls

- Liner anti-vibrating support under cyclically operating machines (rotary presses, looms, compressors, air-treatment units, electricity generating groups, lathes)

- Linear anti-vibrating support under pulsed/alternative operating machines (presses, mallets, shears)
